Once I receive your message, I will check to see if I crossed the i's or dotted t's. And if it's my fault I will remake your order at no cost. However, if you sent incorrect or missing information, I will happily replace the item, but the customer pays the full additional costs. No Exceptions. So make sure your spelling's are right.
