Items will be created within 3 days of the order being made, and will ship 2-4 days after. Orders will be ready for local pick-up within 3 days of order.

Even though I don't except cancellations or returns due to time/sanitary reasons and concerns. I'm happy to help in any way I can. Simply send  a message by text (415) 209-5899 or E-Mail with the following information                 

• Order Number
• Image of problem
• 1-2 Sentences describing what the problem is.

Once I receive your message, I will check to see if I crossed the i's or dotted t's. And if it's my fault I will remake your order at no cost. However, if you sent incorrect or missing information, I will happily replace the item, but the customer pays the full additional costs. No Exceptions. So make sure your spelling's are right.
